Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any delivery charges incurred during the initial purchase.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process based on product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and customization reasons. These include:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
